Introducing the Oakridge Collection

A new kind of townhouse

The Oakridge Collection is our first multi-dwelling project — seven townhouses at 1 Carrington Street, Sydenham, built using the same precision-engineered steel framing system as our standalone homes.

Each home is designed to achieve Class 1a compliance and up to 7-star NatHERS energy ratings, with double-glazed windows, high-performance insulation, and Lysaght standing seam cladding.

Three layouts, one system

We’ve designed three distinct layouts to suit different needs — from a two-bedroom-plus-study for downsizers and investors, to three-bedroom plans for families. Every layout shares the same build quality and interior palette.

The Australian interior

For Oakridge, we’ve created a dedicated interior palette called The Australian — warm timber tones, natural stone, and matte black fixtures throughout. It’s designed to feel grounded, calm, and distinctly local.
